Birthday Talk

Well, another birthday has come and gone. Usually this would be a time to make a "State of the Person" address, but I'm not feeling that philisophical at this point. I went home to spend a couple of days with my family, since I have come to find that such an occasion is a good time to get out of town for a while. My nephews, 11 and 7, decorated the cake and we had a nice dinner. I was teased for not blowing out all the candles...but I have to admit I wasn't trying as hard as I could have! I won't look 25 forever, so that needs to start working to my advantage pretty soon *LOL* All in all it was a good distraction, allowing me to return home ready to assume new challenges.

Happy Birthday Spider. I have reached the age where the overlooking of a birthday is a reason to celebrate.
25 again is a dream, but what of worth did I do at 25?
